A Lot Happens in 2 Years...

I have now gotten a new password so I can log in. I've been hindered by my lack of remembering the password to this account. And just did not have time to work with it too long. But I am here...probably alone now - but none the less, I am reporting in.

Let's see...in bullet points covering the last two years:

* My mother in law moved in with us.
* Lisa graduated from High School.
* I joined the staff of our church as Director of College Ministries.
* Lisa went to college in Oklahoma - majoring in Dance Performance.
* Ricky still plays music in his cajun band
* Katie graduated from College

* Lisa enjoyed her 1st professional dance job and had the joy of living
with Ms. Bufkin for the summer.

* I still speak/teach, whenever anyone invites me, at women's conferences & retreats etc.. It is such a wonderful gift from God.

* Ricky and I will have been married 27 years - in 2 more days.
* Ricky turned 50

* Kathy is almost.

* Katie turned 23

* Lisa turned 20

* Katie started her Masters degree in Marriage & Family Therapy

* Katie got married and still lives in our home town for a little while.
(these are her fun attendants with their new monogrammed blankets...)

* Ricky misses the girls being in the house...i do, too.
Life is so good - I wake up and truly thank my Redeemer for all He has done and seen us through and given to us. But especially just for being there - always, anytime, everytime. I find myself wanting to talk to Him more and more...it's a sweet place.

You're not alone!!! I'm still here!

I can't believe your girls are so grown now. I remember them, especially Katie, so clearly from those pre-teen days at Temple. Such fun times.

And if you can post after 2 years, then I can post after 8 months... I'll get right on it (as soon as I have the time - ha - with 2 five-year-olds there's not a lot of free time to go around, except for all that time I spend on Facebook, of course, but we're just going to pretend I don't spend all my free time there).

Have a great day!

P.S. I think my husband's cousin has been attending your church - Kimberly Cool - precious girl.
